This project was to research a significant designer that holds a potentially major influence on my work and thinking. And then design a panel and a set of stamps that would be placed on a panel in order to encapsulate this designer’s significance. I chose Mies Van Der Rohe,  who famously said “Less is more” to describe his aesthetic sense. He is an architect, but his design principle outlines the clarity and simplicity of the modern international style of architecture. Therefore, I decided to use his design works and philosophy to design a panel and a set of stamps to encapsulate his significance.
